The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has standardized how Federal agencies should maintain Program and Project Management positions and what type of Remote/Telework Agreement Type is supported by a position.
Agencies are now required to classify each position under one of the four values using the new field ‘Program and Project Management Identifier’ and one of the six values for another new field ‘Remote/Telework Agreement Type’. The field details and values required for the two new fields are published on the Data Standards search page of the Office of Personnel Management.
To assist U.S. Federal customers with EHRI HR Datafeed requirements, PeopleSoft has delivered the following changes to accommodate the new requirements:
- The Jobcode and Position setup pages now to allow administrators to associate values for ‘Program and Project Management Identifier’ and ‘Remote/Telework Agreement Type’ based on OPM guidance as below:

- PAR administrators can also view the value set up at the position level for an employee on the Federal Job Data pages

- The existing CPDF Status and Dynamic Files are modified to help agencies verify what value is submitted for an employee for the two new fields as per OPM guidance.
A PeopleSoft Release Patchset (PRP 265387 / Bug# 36029403) has been delivered to help Federal agencies make changes in their application and get ready for the next reporting period. The changes will also be available in the upcoming PeopleSoft HCM Image.
