Users can review contracts that are on hold or overdue, perform bulk billing updates, resolve invalid billing details, and manage letter of credit document IDs for Grants applications. The interface streamlines the activation of pending contracts, allowing contract administrators and billing specialists to efficiently address common invoicing and revenue recognition challenges.

Accessible from the HR Service Manager Homepage, the dashboard provides metrics on Total Solutions, Case Usage, and Self-Service Usage to provide insights into solution performance and usage trends. Users can filter data to visualize the status of solutions, identify those that need updates, and assess their visibility based on the presence of a Library. Additionally, the dashboard allows for analysis of the popularity and success rates of various solutions in relation to case categories, making it an essential resource for improving solution management within PeopleSoft.
