Oracle Compute Cloud@Customer team is glad to announce the general availability of Oracle Cloud Marketplace Images published for the Oracle Compute Cloud@Customer.

Our partner RackWare has published the first 3rd party Marketplace Image published for Compute Cloud@Customer. The RackWare RMM for Compute Cloud@Customer (BYOL), allows a customer to easily migrate workloads and Virtual machines from their VMware and other on-premises deployments to Compute Cloud@Customer.  RackWare RMM also provides a complete disaster recovery (DR) and backup solution with flexible RTO/RPO options for workloads running on Compute Cloud@Customer.

RackWare RMM running on Compute Cloud@Customer can provide a DR solution for workloads running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), thus helping customers address data residency regulations. It also delivers a robust RPO and RTO for site-to-site DR for Compute Cloud@Customer.

This newly published RMM Image from Oracle partner Rackware can be exported to Compute Cloud@Customer without any modifications and launch a compute instance from the exported RMM Marketplace Image.

The Oracle Cloud Marketplace is an online store that offers an impressive catalog of offerings by approved and registered Oracle partner publishers. The Oracle Cloud Marketplace catalog includes preconfigured compute images that can be deployed as compute instances on Oracle Compute Cloud@Customer. These preconfigured images accelerate your hybrid cloud deployment at the near and far edge.
