Oracle Permitting and Licensing 25C was released on July 4, 2025, introducing a wide range of new features across our core offerings: Permits, Planning and Zoning, Code Enforcement, and Business Licenses. We are also continuing to roll out Redwood Experience enhancements, aligning Permitting and Licensing with Oracle’s cohesive suite of products.

New features include –

Integration with Oracle Receivables for ‘Invoicing’ and ‘Fees and Payments’

Oracle Permitting and Licensing now integrates with Oracle Receivables, enabling agencies to invoice fees for Permits and Planning and Zoning after applications are submitted. Agencies that use Oracle Receivables can leverage batch processing to seamlessly sync invoices between Permitting and Licensing and Oracle Receivables. This integration streamlines financial workflows and delivers a unified user experience across Oracle products.

Multiple Agency Email Addresses for Web Form Replies

You can now configure different email addresses for web form replies, directing inquiries to the relevant departments within your agency. Each department can set up its own web form reply address, ensuring responses are routed efficiently and directly to the appropriate team.
