Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.5.0.12 download available on My Oracle Support
Release Updates (RUs) are the agile way to roll out new EM features and bug fixes quickly to customers, so they don’t have to wait for a major release. RUs are versioned with a trailing digit indicating the RU version. Note that RUs are cumulative, which means that the most recent RU includes functionality from all previous release updates. Our general recommendation is to apply the most current RU as soon as possible.

Key updates in Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.5 RU12
Functionality added or enhanced includes new options for database migrations, compliance standards, support for underlying targets of type Autonomous VM Clusters, and monitoring or database password security new features. Highlights of Enterprise Manager 13.5 RU12 include:
PDB Administrator Credentials for New PDB Migrations: When performing a database migration to a new PDB using the Enterprise Manager Migration Workbench, the PDB administrator credentials can now be used as named credentials for the new PDB.
EXAchk AHF Compliance Standards for Cloud@Customer: Enterprise Manager now integrates with Oracle Autonomous Health Framework (AHF) EXAchk providing new compliance standards for your Exadata Cloud@Customer systems.
Support for Oracle Autonomous VM Clusters in Exadata Cloud Discovery: When you discover Oracle Exadata Database Service on Dedicated Infrastructure using the Enterprise Manager console, the guided process now automatically discovers the underlying Autonomous VM Cluster targets. After the discovery is complete, the Oracle Exadata Infrastructure Home Page provides details of all the child targets, their resource usage, and network information including that of the Autonomous VM Clusters. Use the Oracle Autonomous VM Clusters Home Page to monitor the VM Cluster and its member targets. To monitor the Autonomous Databases (ADB) associated with the Autonomous VM clusters, you can discover the ADBs using the Enterprise Manager console or EM CLI.
Auto-generate Secure Passwords for Database and Monitoring Users Based on a Reference Password: Enterprise Manager allows you to automate the management of the monitoring password or database users passwords using the built-in “Change the Password for the Database Monitoring User” and “Change the Password for a Database User” jobs. You simply create a job of this type and schedule it to run on the monitored databases of your choice. In this latest release, these password jobs support the auto-generation of a new password also based on a specified reference password. This additional option can be useful for when your password policy changes and the current password is no longer compliant. You can then specify a compliant reference password and from there, EM will auto-generate a new and now compliant password.
