Bjorn has over 25 years of experience in the Oracle Database manageability area. He works as a Consulting Product Manager in the Enterprise Manager team responsible for the database performance tuning features in the Database Diagnostics and Tuning Packs, as well as Real Application Testing and the newly released Exadata Management and ZDLRA Management Packs. He has worked with many Enterprise Manager customers in their successful deployment of numerous features such as AWR, ADDM, SQL Tuning Advisor, SPA, Database Replay, and Chargeback features, to name a few. His goal is to enable customers to successfully monitor and manage their mission critical database and engineered systems deployments.
