As a continuing education project not only for students but also for professors and teachers of technical universities, we are happy to announce the second round of the “Database Workshop” at the Hong Kong Association for Computer Education. The first workshop took place on November 10, 2023 (see the Recap from November 2023).
This 2nd round database workshop by the invitation of “Hong Kong Association for Computer Education” HKACE was held on February 23, 2024. It was a great time to meet more than 50 teachers in a very large computer room at Hong Kong City University.
The MySQL Workshop introduced the MySQL for the Relational Database concept. On top of the basic Database SQL, we leveraged the MySQL HeatWave on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure platform with Container Service running JupyterHub to practise the SQL with MySQL.
