Looking back at this photo from my first day at Oracle, I remember the mix of excitement, ambition, and curiosity I felt stepping into a new chapter. When I joined Oracle as an account executive, I knew I was entering a global organization recognized for innovation, scale, and excellence. What I didn’t fully anticipate was how deeply this journey would shape me professionally and personally.
Over the past two years, I’ve worked closely with major enterprise customers, including organizations in the telecom sector, helping them navigate complex digital transformation initiatives. This experience has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

I’ve always thought that growth rarely comes from comfort, and my journey has proven that. One of the biggest challenges was mastering the complexity of enterprise solutions. Working with large telecoms and enterprise customers required a strong understanding of both business priorities and technical depth. Turning innovation into tangible value became a skill I continuously refined.
Another challenge was navigating long and structured sales cycles while engaging with senior decision-makers. These experiences strengthened my ability to communicate with clarity, manage multiple stakeholders, and remain resilient in competitive environments.
Another aspect has been the unparalleled access to learning resources and career development opportunities. I’ve been able to continuously upskill and stay ahead of industry trends.
