You can now create policy models in Oracle AI Agent Studio to enable reliable, repeatable, and deterministic policy-based decision-making at runtime. These policy models transform business policies into executable logic that AI agents can use to consistently evaluate rules, calculations, and decisions without relying solely on non-deterministic AI responses.

  • At design time, you upload policy rules into AI Agent Studio, generate executable code that implements the policy, and create test cases to validate correctness of the generated code.
  • At runtime, you use a policy node to invoke the policy in agentic workflows.
