Senior Technical Writer
Sue Novak is the Senior Technical Writer for Oracle Intelligent Advisor. She has been documenting the Intelligent Advisor product line for over 20 years and prior to that was involved in testing earlier iterations of the product and creating policy models for clients. She works very closely with the Product Manager and the development and testing teams to ensure that new features are documented and that the Intelligent Advisor Documentation Library remains up-to-date with any product changes made.
