The teams in Fusion Apps Dev are constantly enhancing our apps to better serve you. Given the breadth and depth of our applications suite, it is a big undertaking. Every quarter we deliver hundreds of features and make plans for future enhancements and new products.

Just keeping track of the changes can be a tall order. So, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to know what’s new and what’s coming—in short, to adopt new capabilities that deliver business value. To that end, we publish product updates and planned enhancements on a regular cadence in a format that is predictable and easy to digest.

New 23B roadmaps now available

Every quarter we publish about 40 product roadmaps and share them on the roadmaps page on Oracle Cloud Customer Connect (OCCC). For easy reference, they are numbered based on calendar year and quarter, so the first quarter of 2023 roadmaps are 23A, the second quarter roadmaps are 23B, etc.

  1. High-level roadmaps provide an overview of the most important updates and plans within each Fusion Apps pillar, Fusion Analytics, and select industries. For example, here are the pillar updates for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPHCM, and SCM.
  2. Solution-level roadmaps drill into updates and plans for specific product families within each pillar (e.g., Financial Management, Procurement, Project Management, etc.).

Each roadmap divides product enhancements into three columns reflecting different timeframes:

  1. Update: provides highlights from the most recent release (e.g., 23B).
  2. Upcoming: shows product enhancements planned for the near term.
  3. Future: displays features and functionality envisioned for a longer-term development window.

More enhancements and innovations are on the way

We are already working on the next set of roadmaps for 23C and beyond. If you’d like more-detailed product information, check out the Cloud Application Readiness page on OCCC, which provides documentation on recent releases and bug fixes. And don't miss the OCCC forums to discuss, comment, and vote on product enhancements (in the “Ideas” section). We look forward to seeing you there.
