Waiting to get answers to basic “how to” questions can be frustrating. We’d like to improve this process by quickly connecting customers with the right resources that can help them make the most of Fusion Apps. So, we’re changing how we handle information-related support inquiries. Starting in mid-April, all General Guidance questions (e.g., “how to”) are being answered via Oracle Cloud Customer Connect (OCCC).

The power of OCCC

OCCC features extensive documentation, a powerful new search engine, and a robust peer network that can help answer many questions more quickly and easily than My Oracle Support (MOS). If you haven’t spent time on OCCC recently, you should check it out. There are now 350,000 users, including experts from Oracle, partners, and customer organizations. It allows you to ask questions, suggest product refinements that can influence roadmap direction, and more. And it’s available 24/7, so there’s no waiting.
