How To Access

| 1. Navigate to AI Agent Studio – From the main menu, go to Tools > AI Agent Studio 2. Open the Tools Tab – Within AI Agent Studio, click on the ‘Tools’ tab to manage your available tools 3. Create a New Tool – Select ‘Email’ as the Tool Type and fill in the Basic Details below 4. Configure Delivery Options – Set up email addresses, subject, template, and tokens for your notification 5. Add Tool to Hierarchical Agent – Once saved, add the Email Tool to your agent via the Agents or Agents Team tabs |

| ๐ย Require Human Approvalย (Optional Flag) When enabled, the agent will first prompt the end user for confirmation before sending the email. A custom Message can be configured to appear in the chat window. Action Buttons Available: Yes / No Approve / Disapprove Allow / Disallow |
