
Whether or not you are a cloud user, you will see changes to your Oracle Support portal for Service Requests, KM documents, communities, and more. On November 11, 2024 the new Oracle Cloud Support on Fusion Service portal will go live. This portal will be used by Oracle cloud users – including EBS hybrid systems, i.e. those utilizing both on-premise and cloud. But, even if you are not a cloud user, there will be a change to the My Oracle Support sign-on and two planned maintenance outages for My Oracle Support between November 8 and November 10. The redesigned sign-in experience will intelligently route the user to the support portal for their support needs.
