Desiree (Terrell) Spann is an experienced Senior Principal Engineer within the E-Business Suite Proactive Support organization at Oracle. She has spent a number of years working for and ensuing customer success from a business and technical standpoint. Her goal is to strive for excellence. Over the years she has engaged a number of technical and functional skills to assist customers with software and functional issues. Her skills includes analyzing software procedures, debugging software, and contributing to delivering technology solutions. Her present focus is centered on converting that domain expertise into automation that benefits Oracle customers to make it easy for them to achieve their goals.
