- State Family and Medical Leave for Massachusetts
- State minimum wage rate updated for New Mexico
- New Jersey Family Leave Insurance (SDI1) and TDI Employee Wage Limits increase effective for 2020
- State Periodic Wage Listing (SPWL) updates for Hawaii
- Q3 JIT updates
- Miscellaneous bug updates
Note: The Q3 2019 Statutory Update patch also includes the 2019 Annual Geocode Update. After applying Q3 2019 Statutory Update patch and running the required post install steps of the data installer and hrglobal.drv, US Payroll customers may also need to run the Geocode Upgrade Manager process if they did not previously apply the 2019 Annual Geocode Update Patch separately.

Important Announcement About End of Year 2019 Phase 1 Patch Release
The End of Year 2019 Phase 1 Patch will not be released on September 30, 2019. It is instead targeted for release on October 15, 2019
