Have you ever wished that you could define your own warehouse activity that you could track – and/or track those miscellaneous activities like unpacking and cleaning? Yes, you can now do this with the “Warehouse Activity Tracker”. This is a new feature that has been introduced in 12.2.10 that provides the ability to define and track customer-defined activities, which are typically not tracked in the Logistics data model.
Activities can include both inbound and outbound like:
- Restocking pallets on the dock
- Shrink wrapping
- Trailer Inspection
- Remove packaging
- Label check
- Loading/unloading a trailer
- Verify pick
- Resolve exceptions
- Clean trailer
- Container pack and many more
Users can log the start and end time of the activity which will be available in the Activity Dashboard.
