Service Contracts is a component of EBS CRM – Service and Contracts.
The Oracle EBS Service Contracts Billing Analyzer is designed to review and report Service Contracts profiles, billing setup , Contract and its billing schedules data. It checks for proper set up, identifies known issues to provide proactive recommendations.
It is a must-use tool for customers who use the Service Contracts functionality. Running this analyzer proactively and regularly, will help in early detection of Contract billing errors and provide recommendations to resolve them.
The analyzer is so convenient, you can even execute it as a Concurrent Program (like any analyzer) for a specific contract reporting billing issues. Analyzers may also be used as data collection tools by Support Engineers. Your application data is not altered in any way when you run this analyzer.
