Depot Repair is a component of EBS CRM – Service and Contracts. This application manages repair center operations as well as the reverse logistics between the customer and repair center, third party partner collaboration and service parts logistics to make repairs faster and cheaper.

The Oracle EBS Depot Analyzer is a tool designed to review and report improper settings in Depot Repair module. It collects repair order details, charges information, set up and identifies known issues. Running this analyzer proactively and regularly, will help in early detection of known issues and provide recommendations to resolve them.

The Depot Analyzer includes:

Proactive checks with recommendations to prevent known issues:
   – Recommended  patches that have not been applied
   – Lists file versions, database triggers, profile options, etc.
   – Application installation details
   
Depot Repair Order Setup and Data:
    – Captures repair type, business process, logistics, estimates and actuals
    – Displays associated service activity codes, billing types
    – Displays charges and order data
    – Validation of mandatory profiles, concurrent programs schedule

The analyzer is so convenient, you can even execute it as a Concurrent Program. This analyzer may also be used as data collection tool for troubleshooting.
