As you search for knowledge resources in the new My Oracle Support portal, keep these points in mind:
- MOS Document IDs have been converted to the new portal Article IDs
- In many cases, the previous Document ID links should automatically redirect to the corresponding new Article ID. Tip: for some of the previous MOS Doc IDs, try using this following URL (without the .1 or .2 that was appended to the Doc ID): https://support.oracle.com/support/?kmContentId=xxxxxx
- Many of the MOS documents were automatically migrated, but more complex had to be migrated manually or may still be transitioning to the new portal
