To simplify the community experience for our EBS customers, the Support team will be changing the structure of how the EBS communities are presented in My Oracle Support Community. The new structure should be intuitive to users, based on how the EBS products are categorized.
With the structure change, after choosing the top-level Oracle E-Business Suite (MOSC) option, community members will see a short list of 11 EBS communities that represent the EBS product families. When you drill into a category, you will then see a list of communities that represents Products within that category. For example, when you click into the Manufacturing – EBS (MOSC) community, you will see these options to choose from to post your question:
- Cost Management
- Discrete Manufacturing
- Process Manufacturing
