Dear EBS US Benefits customers,
The following ACA 2018 Employer Information Reporting Phase 1&2 patches have been released and are available for download from My Oracle Support for Release 12.1 and 12.2 EBS Benefits customers:
- 12.1 – Patch 28948411:R12.BEN.B
- 12.2 – Patch 28948411:R12.BEN.C
The ACA 2018 Employer Information Reporting Phase 1&2 patch (there are no separate Phase 1 and 2 patches for 2018) is mandatory for all EBS Benefits customers needing to generate and/or print Forms 1095-C for their employees/recipients as well as file their ACA Employer Information Returns with the IRS for 2018.

Important Reminder:
- 2018 Forms 1095-C are due to recipients by March 4th, 2019.
- The deadline for electronically filing 2018 1094/5-C forms with the IRS is April 1st, 2019.
The ACA High Priority Alert – Document 2052173.1 and Mandatory Patchlist – Document 2052175.1 have also been updated with information about this patch release.
