The Hot Topics options in your My Oracle Support preferences enables you to be notified via e-mail when content in your product area is updated or created. You can setup this feature for knowledge documents, bugs (marked as a favorite), or Service Requests (marked as a favorite or by CSI). You can limit the content notifications by selecting products that you are interested in.
