The search bar at the top of the My Oracle Support portal allows users to search for Oracle Knowledge, Documentation, Communities and Service Requests. Clicking inside of the search bar provides some pre-defined options:

  • The top section of the Search Bar recommendations includes a punchout to the Oracle Communities, MOS analytics, News, Patches and Certification Matrix and training
  • The section below it includes several search options for Service Requests, i.e.: open SRs, SRs closed within the last 30 days, SRs open more than 30 days, and open SRs where you are a contact

If you are not able to find a solution in your MOS searches, use the punchout to the Community where you can ask non-urgent questions, including assistance in finding knowledge articles.
