Desiree (Terrell) Spann is an experienced Senior Principal Engineer within the E-Business Suite Proactive Support organization at Oracle. She has spent a number of years working for and ensuing customer success from a business and technical standpoint. Her goal is to strive for excellence. Over the years she has engaged a number of technical and functional skills to assist customers with software and functional issues.
