The E-Business Suite (EBS) continues to improve with your ideas and feedback. Make your voice heard and post ideas, vote on your favorites, or share your thoughts on proposals using the Logistics My Oracle Support Community
As discussed in Doc ID 1584210.2, Enhancement Requests (ERs) are now tracked as Ideas in the My Oracle Support Community. The E-Business Suite Applications Development team uses the My Oracle Support Community as a collaboration and engagement tool to better understand business requirements and challenges, process, industry requirements, and product limitations as they impact the larger customer base.
Some examples include the following ideas like restricting an item like a laptop to prevent decimal quantities because you would not sell ½ a laptop, allowing an option to make serials uppercase only, or faster navigation in mobile for one organization:

Not only can you log the ER directly into the My Oracle Support Community, but you can easily track the progress via this channel. This community will give visibility to current recommendations and allow other customers to see the idea, collaborate on the idea, and vote for the idea. To access the E-Business Suite Ideas Lab, please navigate to https://community.oracle.com/mosc/categories/e-business-suite-ideas-lab and select the product related space.
Click on the blue “New idea” button (located to the left of the ideas listing).
Please include a good, detailed description of the request including the following points that are also listed in the idea template (https://community.oracle.com/docs/DOC-889091):
* Gaps and Benefits: Tell us what impact this will have on your process and/or finished result and the benefits is anticipated to be.
* Idea Details: Please elaborate on and explain the idea as much as possible.
* Reported Release: What release are you reporting the feature against (12.1.3, 12.2.4, 12.2.5, etc)?
* Screen Shots: One picture is worth a thousand words. Imagine what several screen shots and/or mock-ups could tell us?
* Business process: Describe your business process
