The consolidated patch IN.19 has been released with legislative changes and bug fixes for India Payroll.
This consolidated patch delivers updates on top of R12.1.HRMS RUP 11 and R12.2.HRMS RUP 12 in Releases 12.1 and 12.2 respectively.
This patch delivers the following Statutory Updates and various Bug Fixes
1. India Budget Changes for the FY 2019-20 [Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019]
a. Amendment to the calculation of surcharge
b. Amendment to section 80CCD (2) – For central government employees
c. New section 80EEA – Additional tax deduction for affordable housing
d. New section 80EEB – Tax deduction for interest on a loan taken to purchase an electrical vehicle
2. Addition of 80EEB in tax declaration Web-ADI for FY 2019-20
3. Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) Act Amendments 2019 for Haryana State
4. Amendment to the central government’s contribution towards NPS
5. Amendment to Employees State Insurance (ESI) Contribution
6. Form 24Q (4th Quarter) file format changes for the financial year 2018-19
7. Form 16 format changes for the financial year 2018-19
8. Generate Employer Quarterly Tax Returns (India) program updates for Q4

Mandatory Pre-requisite for FY 2019-20 Year-End processing
R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.12 and R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.13 and are the lowest levels of HRMS Release Update Pack (RUP) on which Indian Payroll customers are supported for 2019-2020 year-end processing and statutory updates effective from April 2020.
Oracle recommends customers plan their upgrade.
