India Employees State Insurance (ESI) Contribution
changes effective from July 2019 are now available in My Oracle Support. Download and apply it today.
Employees State Insurance (ESI) Contribution changes:
The Ministry of Labour and Employment has reduced the contribution under the Employees State Insurance (ESI) Act from 6.5% to 4%.
This includes a reduction of 1.5% in employers’ contribution from 4.75% to 3.25% and a 1% reduction in employees’ contribution from 1.75% to 0.75%.
These changes are effective 1st July 2019.

Note that these patches require the post install steps of running the data installer and hrglobal.drv.
