These reports are generated especially during the period end / year end closures and also during the financial audits. Accuracy of the data in these financial statements is highly essential for any business.
There were cases where few customers reported some corruptions with the balances in general ledger. Corruption of balances would create a critical situation for the business.To proactively assist the customers, Oracle General Ledger Development and Support teams worked together to identify the possible causes for the balance corruptions and developed one single consolidated Patch 33571995.
