New Features

  • Kafka Capture
    This new release adds support for capturing messages from Apache Kafka and Confluent Platform. These messages can then be replicated to all the targets currently supported by the GoldenGate platform.

  • Azure Synapse Analytics Delivery
    Oracle GoldenGate for Big Data can now natively deliver to Azure Synapse Analytics. Replication to Synapse Analytics uses a stage and merge approach in which the changed data is staged in Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) Gen 2 and then merged into Synapse Analytics.

  • Confluent Platform Enhancements
    The Kafka Connect Handler has been modified to support the Confluent Protobuf Converter, which integrates with the Confluent Schema Registry.

  • Oracle NoSQL Enhancements
    The Oracle NoSQL Handler has been enhanced to use the new Oracle NoSQL SDK client. The new NoSQL SDK client supports connectivity to both on-premises and OCI instances of Oracle NoSQL.
