It is time for Oracle's largest event of the year: Oracle CloudWorld 2022 in Las Vegas from October 17-20. We have planned several key sessions to introduce exciting new Tech products and services as well as ship performance, security, and scalability upgrades for our existing solutions. Core Infrastructure 

Hear about new and improved services that will make it easier to optimitze performance, scale, and cost on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. These enhancements will lead to easier adoption of our services and provide high performance options for delivery of applications.

The Premier League, the world's most watched domestic football league, has moved its immense content archive, with footage of every game played over the last 30 years, exclusively to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to support its ever-increasing broadcast quality level.

HSBC, one of the largest multinational banking groups, selects Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer to simplify operational management and leverage cloud automation to manage legacy applications and easily scale services according to customer and local-market demands.

To help organizations reduce the cost of doing business, improve the customer experience, and introduce new offerings, Oracle has launched new services that will integrate and automate end-to-end business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

Fundamentals

Across our portfolio of fundamental services such as security, manageability, compliance, and governance, and learn about newly released solutions that make it easier for customers to move existing applications stacks to our clouds.

Oracle announced the Oracle Cloud Guard Fusion Applications Detector to provide customers with a consolidated view of security policies across OCI and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Oracle is also announcing the OCI Web Application Firewall for Fusion Applications to enable organizations to extend layer-7 security and safeguards to protect public and private facing Fusion Applications from targeted attacks.

Data

See announcements across Oracle's database services and product portfolio that simplify application development and make it faster, easier, and more secure to run any applications of any scale and criticality, anywhere.

Oracle announced Oracle Database 23c Beta, code named " App Simple," that focuses on simplifying applications and development and includes a new approach for addressing the object-relational mismatch of application developers.

Analytics 

See us launch new capabilities that empower users, provide accelerated insights, and enhance opportunities for integration with other Oracle solutions.

Oracle announced a series of new product innovations across its portfolio of data and analytics solutions- Oracle Fusion Analytics and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to accelerate insights, inprove predictions, and enhance integrations.

Oracle announced MySQL Heatwave Lakehouse that can load 400 TB data from object storage 8 times faster than Redshift and scales to 512 nodes that can process hundreds of terabytes of data in object store in multiple file formats--including Aurora and Redshift backups.

To help businesses enhance service efficiency and the overall customer experience, Oracle is introducing a new asset-based service solution for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite.

Application development

Learn about our new application development services being launched to help lower the adoption barriers for containers and Kubernetes.

Oracle expands its comprehensive portfolio of over a hundred services that Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) offers with new serverless container and messaging services to help developers build, run, modernize, and extend applications. 

Distributed Cloud

We believe the cloud should fit a customer's needs, not the other way around. Hear about our public roadmap, plus new ways we will support cloud adoption across territories and other clouds.

Oracle announced Oracle Alloy, a new cloud infrastructure platform that enables service providers, integrators, independent software vendors (ISVs), and other organizations such as financial institutions, healthcare or telecommunications providers to become cloud providers and roll out new cloud services to their customers.

Oracle announced various new distributed cloud offerings- Oracle Alloy, Oracle MySQL HeatWave for Microsoft, plans to open new public cloud regions in Chicago, Serbia, and Mexico to meet customers' diverse needs and growing demand for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

NVIDIA Partnership

Learn about Oracle and NVIDIA's partnership to help customers access AI cloud infrastructure at supercomputer scale, and use AI more easily in various industries including finance, banking, healthcare and more. 

Expanding their longstanding alliance, Oracle and NVIDIA announced a multi-year partnership aimed to bring the the full NVIDIA accelerated computing stack—from GPUs to systems to software—to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to help customers solve business challenges with accelerated computing and AI.

Developer Relations

Learn about the developer community created by Oracle to learn, network and share technical ideas and solutions with your peers and Oracle product teams, as well as a new GitHub org with many sample apps and quick starts focused on multi-cloud, open source technologies, and Oracle products.

Raspberry Pi has brought together a community of enthusiasts, professionals, students, and teachers pushing what’s possible with technology for years. This year, we will demo one of the world’s largest Raspberry Pi clusters to showcase its productivity benefits, capabilities, and various applications.
