Reducing the Cost and Complexity of Modernization

Modernization is as much about execution as technology. That is why Oracle is expanding how we invest in our partner ecosystem—helping partners engage earlier, plan with greater confidence, and deliver migrations more efficiently, while giving customers a lower-risk, lower-cost path to cloud.

We’re introducing Oracle Migration Accelerator, which helps fund migration services. For customers, that means more of the cost of modernization can be offset. For partners, it creates the flexibility to scale larger transformation projects, with meaningful funding for a single migration.

Planning is just as important as execution. The Matilda Assessment License is now available to enhanced Oracle PartnerNetwork (eOPN) partners at no cost, enabling them to assess customer environments using real operational data and build migration plans based on facts rather than assumptions. Business and Technical Assessment funding available through eOPN extends that support even earlier, helping partners cover the assessment work that can help inform migration planning and execution before a customer has formally committed.

These investments are designed to work together. Partners can combine assessment funding, migration funding, and existing Oracle incentives on the same opportunity. For multicloud engagements, those benefits can combine with hyperscaler programs such as AWS MAP, Google Cloud RaMP, and Microsoft Azure Cloud Accelerate Factory and Azure Accelerate for Databases. The result is more comprehensive support across the migration lifecycle, helping customers manage costs, reduce uncertainty, and plan and execute migrations more effectively.
