Over the past couple months, we’ve previewed some exciting enhancements planned for the Oracle Cloud Console. As you may have read in previous blog posts, we’ve been on a journey to make the Console even more powerful and intuitive for our customers, while also aligning the user experience more closely with other Oracle products and applications.
These enhancements have been available for you to preview within the Console since February.
Today, we’re thrilled to announce that the new Oracle Cloud Console is officially live!
A Console built for you
From the start, this journey has been about you—our users. You told us you want the following features most in the Console:
- Enhanced usability and consistency across services and experiences
- Greater flexibility in organizing resources and apps to match your business strategy
- The ability to operate at true cloud scale, managing millions of resources seamlessly
The Console redesign delivers on these needs, with significant updates to resource list pages, resource details pages, and resource creation workflows.
Your feedback helped make it even better
We’ve listened closely to your feedback every step of the way, and your input has directly shaped what you see today. For example:
- You told us the compartment selection experience didn’t meet your needs, so we updated the design and made performance improvements. (There are more improvements to come!)
- You told us you wanted to see more information without scrolling, so we introduced a two-column layout on resource details pages where there is more than one metadata section.
- You told us you wanted to easily see the number of resources in a list, so we improved the way we display this information below the list table.
We’re also working on delivering Dark Mode—one of your most requested features.

- An optimized service navigation menu for quicker access and better use of screen space
- A redesigned resource list view that allows you to more easily find, filter, and act on what matters most
- A reorganized resource details page with tab-based navigation for easier information discovery
- A unified resource creation workflow that streamlines the process across all services
