Oracle Code Assist
Oracle Code Assist is Oracle’s coding agent that is infused with decades of knowledge from Oracle databases, applications, and services along with the power of large language models to provide assistance in writing code .
Tens of thousands of Oracle developers already use Code Assist to build new services in natural language, debug critical issues, understand legacy codebases and automate tedious tasks such as dependency upgrades and language migrations.
As of today, Code Assist is now available to our customers in Limited Availability.
OCI GPU Scanner
As a leader in scalable, cost-efficient GPU infrastructure, Oracle is addressing the growing demands of AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing. OCI GPU Scanner helps to transform how organizations manage their GPU resources, helping to promote high efficiency and reliability without the hassle of tedious manual scripts, baseline searches, and compatibility checks.
Now generally available, OCI GPU Scanner brings a vendor-neutral approach—supporting current and future GPU models without firewall exceptions. It integrates seamlessly with cloud-native open-source tools, providing a unified command center for customizable dashboards and automated workflows, allowing users to track everything from temperature and processing power to model flops utilization (MFU).
OCI Streaming with Apache Kafka
Apache Kafka is an open-source distributed event streaming platform that 80% of Fortune 100 companies use for high-performance data integration and mission-critical applications.
We’re excited to announce that OCI Streaming with Apache Kafka is now generally available, delivering the power and flexibility of Apache Kafka’s distributed event streaming capabilities on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). With this new managed Kafka service, you can easily build and operate event-driven applications and real-time data pipelines in OCI’s secure, scalable environment—while benefiting from streamlined deployment, integration, and management. OCI Search with OpenSearch
OCI Search with OpenSearch is Oracle’s fully managed OpenSearch service on OCI. Today we’re announcing the following improvements to the service.
- OpenSearch v3.2 – Generally available in the coming weeks with enhanced capabilities such as inbuilt support for MCP servers, plan-execute-reflect agents, and observability enhancements
- Prometheus exporter plug–in – Generally Available
- Bring your own Certificates (BYOC) – Generally available in the coming months, allowing customers to bind custom certificates to cluster endpoints and dashboards
- Search nodes – Generally available now. Search nodes are a specialized node type for the searchable snapshot feature, which allows you to search read-only data stored in a remote repository
Continuous Workforce Verification with Biometrics
Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) announces the launch of Continuous Workforce Verification to help ensure employee credentials consistently match the real individual. Now in beta, Continuous Workforce Verification addresses vulnerabilities like deepfake fraud and credential misuse. Unlike traditional systems that stop at initial checks, Continuous Workforce Verification uses ongoing AI-powered facial biometric verifications—starting with government-issued ID validation and continuing during sign-ins or sensitive tasks.
Powered by a custom biometrics solution and Oracle 23ai database, alongside standards-based Open-ID Connect integration with leading identity providers, Continuous Workforce Verification aims to offer a seamless, secure, end-to-end biometric verification process to help organizations stay ahead of evolving threats and maintain trust.
