The challenge
When Global Shield Insurance activated their Fusion AI Data Intelligence Platform instance, Nick Renner faced a familiar challenge: translating business needs into actionable insights quickly.
As an administrator for the platform, Nick had deep expertise in Insurance business processes and HR operations, but he wasn’t a programmer or data engineer. He needed to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation without extensive coding knowledge.
During his first week, Nick’s HR manager, Elena Rodriguez, presented a request, “Can you help us track hiring velocity compared to last quarter?” Nick understood the platform’s potential but wasn’t yet familiar with every dashboard and subject area.
