Cooperation between Oracle Serbia and the international students’ organization AIESEC began in 2005, when the New Leaders Conference was organized for the first time. This year in 2023, Oracle was a Silver Partner, and focused on the topic of project management.

AIESEC is an international "youth-run" and led non-governmental and not-for-profit organization that provides young people with business development internships. The organization focuses on empowering young people to make a progressive social impact.

Presentations to the conference were made by Isidora Kuzmanovic, Oracle Project Manager, and Milos Kosic, Oracle Project Management Leader for SEE & Country Consulting Leader for Serbia. They shared their experience and knowledge, with special attention dedicated to how young people, with no previous project management experience, can develop themselves professionally to gain knowledge and experience on the way to one day becoming successful project managers.

The conference also was attended by Ljiljana Krkic, Oracle Academy Program Manager for Bulgaria, Hungary, Montenegro and Serbia, who shared her experiences with AIESEC and the technology industry. All three representatives from Oracle were delighted to respond to the numerous questions of the attending students.

For educators teaching higher education construction or civil engineering project management, Oracle Academy offers Oracle Primavera P6 Professional Project Management Fundamentals. Oracle Primavera helps students get hands-on skills and practice in project management, planning, budgets, resources, scheduling, and program and risk management. This ready-to-use course and software are available free to qualified construction management and civil engineering institutions and departments. The course provides faculty the resources to teach their students knowledge and skills development and hands-on practice in the project management gold standard, Oracle Primavera P6.

For academic institutions and their educators who wish to access the free teaching and learning resources, Oracle Academy requires Institutional membership, which provides access to all resources. Members access those resources through the Oracle Academy Member Hub, an intuitive, state-of-the-art hosted learning management system.
