On May 31, 2024, Oracle Academy hosted an informational session for higher education faculty members in Uganda. This session aimed to provide an in-depth understanding of Oracle Academy’s offerings and how both educators and students can benefit by advancing their technological skills with free resources and tools. Faculty members from ISBAT University Kampala, Makerere University, and Victoria University Kampala participated in the session for a day of insightful learning, collaborative networking, and professional growth.

- Q&A session with Lorna Juma, Oracle Academy Program Manager, Eastern Africa
The session was highly beneficial for faculty members in Uganda interested in enriching their curriculum and providing students with the skills needed for the digital economy. Participants explored how Oracle Academy could support their educational goals and looked forward to integrating these technology resources into their teaching.
