Telkom Vocational School is part of the Telkom Schools network, managed by Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom (YPT) (Telkom Education Foundation). The school network was established by PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom Group), Indonesia’s leading digital telecommunications company, to help develop future-ready talent for the nation’s growing digital economy. Through the Telkom Schools network, which spans vocational and general education institutions across Indonesia, the foundation combines academic excellence with industry collaboration to prepare students with the technical and professional skills they need for today’s technology workforce.
In July, Oracle Academy Indonesia collaborated with Telkom Vocational School Jakarta and Telkom Vocational School Bandung through curriculum synchronization sessions to prepare faculty members for the upcoming academic semester. The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to equipping educators with industry-recognized curriculum, modern teaching resources, and Oracle technologies that help students build career-focused skills aligned with workforce needs.
At Telkom Vocational School Jakarta, Dr. Rosyanto, M.Pd., Principal, welcomed Sukmana Dasuki Keeng, Oracle Academy Program Manager for Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam, and the Oracle Academy team. Dr. Rosyanto reaffirmed the school’s commitment to strengthening technology education through close collaboration with Oracle Academy.
The curriculum synchronization initiative was coordinated by Adang Wihanda, Deputy Principal for Industrial Relations, who highlighted the positive outcomes achieved by alumni who completed Oracle Academy curriculum and successfully entered technology careers. During the session, faculty members completed onboarding by creating Oracle Academy Member Hub accounts and establishing classes for the upcoming semester. Beginning this academic term, the school plans to implement Oracle Academy Java and database curriculum while evaluating the Oracle Academy data center curriculum for future adoption. The initiative is expected to provide Oracle Academy learning opportunities for more than 300 students.

Oracle Academy Indonesia also conducted a curriculum discussion session with Telkom Vocational School Bandung, where Fajar Nugraha, M.T., Gr., Principal, welcomed the Oracle Academy team. The session focused on faculty readiness and curriculum alignment, reinforcing the collaboration between Oracle Academy and the Telkom Schools network.
By working closely with Telkom Vocational Schools, Oracle Academy continues to empower faculty members with curriculum, professional development, and Oracle technologies that support engaging, hands-on learning. Together, Oracle Academy and Telkom Vocational Schools are helping build learning that prepares students for higher education and successful careers in Indonesia’s digital economy.
