Oracle Academy has signed a new partnership agreement with the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, Montenegro. This four-year agreement marks the third consecutive agreement between Oracle Academy and the Ministry since our collaboration began in 2018, reflecting a long-term commitment to strengthening technology education across the country.
Over the next four years, approximately 220 educational institutions, around 400 educators, and nearly 4,000 students will continue to benefit from free access to Oracle Academy’s technology education resources, curriculum, software, cloud technologies, and educator professional development opportunities.
The partnership agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Anđela Jakšić-Stojanović, Minister of Education, Science and Innovation, on behalf of the Government of Montenegro, and Bojan Jevtic, Director EMEA Mid Market Exadata Platform from Oracle Serbia & Montenegro Ltd.
Prof. Dr. Jakšić-Stojanović emphasized the importance of this partnership in enhancing the quality of education and preparing younger generations for the challenges of the digital age, saying: “The continuation of our cooperation with Oracle represents an exceptionally important step within the strategy for the digital transformation of the education system. Through the Oracle Academy program, we will provide several thousand of our students and teachers with free access to top-quality educational materials and technologies that are shaping the modern world,” she said. “Our goal is for our young people to acquire the digital skills that are essential for the modern era, while at the same time providing our teachers with adequate support and the most up-to-date resources for their work. We believe that partnerships such as this are key to building a knowledge-based society and can bring numerous benefits to our society.”

Through Oracle Academy, educators can access comprehensive teaching materials, hands-on learning resources, and professional development designed to support the delivery of engaging, industry-relevant computing education. The curriculum covers a broad range of in-demand technology topics, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Java Programming, SQL and Database Design, Cloud technologies, and other core computing disciplines. By combining foundational knowledge with hands-on learning experiences, Oracle Academy empowers students to develop technical expertise, strengthen critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and prepare for continued education and successful careers in the digital economy.
