As the job market rapidly evolves with new digital technologies and artificial intelligence, companies play a crucial role in guiding and training new generations so they have the career-ready skills to succeed. With this objective in mind, Oracle and Oracle Academy Italy hosted an event dedicated to providing added value training to students from technology-oriented educational institutions in Italy.
The Oracle Academy Day event, held for about 90 students in the Oracle Rome office, was an important opportunity to discuss skills required by the job market and the empowerment initiatives implemented by Oracle and Oracle Academy Italy.

With the advent of artificial intelligence and new digital technologies, the skills new graduates require for careers are continuously evolving, and companies must respond with appropriate education and training programs.
Oracle and Oracle Academy have demonstrated leadership in this area by creating dedicated pathways that not only provide technical knowledge and skills, but also offer tools for students to face future challenges with awareness and expertise. This day represented an important opportunity to reaffirm the importance of collaboration between companies and educational institutions in helping new generations gain the skills they need. Only through this joint commitment can young people be equipped with the knowledge and hands-on skills necessary for them to succeed in their careers.
