We are happy to announce that the Terraform code used by the Oracle WebLogic Server for OCI stacks is now available on GitHub. The project is named OCI Terraform stack for WebLogic Server and simplifies the process to obtain the stack used to create customized Oracle WebLogic Server for OCI environments.
In the past to customize the stack you would first provision the environment through the Oracle Marketplace, download the code, run destroy, customize the Terraform code, then upload the customized code and apply again. Now you can download the code or create a new branch from GitHub, customize the code and either use Oracle Resource Manager or Terraform CLI to apply the changes.
The OCI Terraform stack for WebLogic Server allows you to create and configure a WebLogic Server domain in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in minutes. It will create and/or configure multiple OCI services such as Compute, Network, OCI Database, Autonomous Database, Identity Cloud Service, Logging, File System, Application Performance Monitoring.
Examples of use cases for OCI Terraform stack for WebLogic Server are:
- Create customized Oracle WebLogic Server for OCI environments.
