We are pleased to announce the certification of TimesTen Cache against Oracle Autonomous Database 19c and 23ai for the Transaction Processing workload type.  This certification supports cache operations for preconfigured LOW or TP database services. The Oracle Autonomous Database Serverless(ADB-S) certification starts with TimesTen version 22.1.1.26.0 and supports only mTLS-based connections. The Oracle Autonomous Database on Dedicated Exadata Infrastructure (ADB-D) certification for 19c and 23ai starts with TimesTen version 22.1.1.29.0 and supports both mTLS-based and TCP connections. TimesTen Release 18.1.4.46.0 is also certified, but on ADB-D only and supports only TCP connections.

TimesTen Cache is an Oracle Database Enterprise Edition product option ideal for caching a performance-critical subset of an Oracle database in the application tier for improved response time. Applications perform read/write operations on the cache tables using SQL and PL/SQL with automatic persistence, transactional consistency, and data synchronization with the backend Oracle database.
