Back in 1993, Siebel Systems was founded and set about pioneering the CRM market as we know it today. Shortly after, in 1995, the first release of Siebel Sales Enterprise was brought to market. As we celebrate our 30 years of innovation and reflect on the evolution of CRM and CX, we look towards a bright future. Oracle is fully invested in Siebel CRM innovation, quite clear by the continuous, annual support extension. Secondly, as we hope you will acknowledge in our Statement of Direction update, our roadmap continues to deliver high value for Siebel CRM customers, who are also in a great position to embrace new cloud platform technologies, especially AI  – at low risk and reduced cost.

We believe our customers want more flexibility and choice than ever. To choose where and how to deploy and operate their CRM applications, to choose how to adopt AI safely with their golden asset of private business data. To be in complete control of AI, not just at the application layer but across the whole technology stack. This will enable our customers to carve out new competitive advantages for their industry and it’s also a key differentiator in our vision for Oracle’s Siebel CRM application. 

Investment Longevity Guaranteed

Oracle’s commitment to Siebel CRM is clear, there are no plans to end support or innovation for Siebel CRM. Oracle recently announced extending support for Siebel CRM to 2035 in the Lifetime Support Policy datasheet for Applications. Since the Siebel CRM acquisition in 2005, support for Siebel CRM has been extended annually almost every year. Therefore investment longevity should not be a concern for our customers, and more of a monotonous rhetoric for our competitors.
