What are your key Siebel CRM related offerings and services that are available?

What are your key Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) offerings and services that relate to Siebel CRM?
Our Siebel CRM related cloud offerings are:
- We have integrated Siebel CRM as part of a multi-cloud architecture with Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Development, support and maintenance of hybrid-cloud solutions for our customers, helping them progress towards the cloud.
- Integration/Migration Siebel CRM to cloud on Microsoft Azure or Oracle OCI are additional offerings we have started exploring recently.
What other products or innovations have you created that complement Siebel CRM?
One example is that Ledaco has for our customer developed a fully automated Service Request handler for Siebel CRM. The automated process handles customer Service requests with business rules validation, customer compensation and customer communication. Another complement for customer who uses both Oracle Siebel and Microsoft Azure is an integration platform we have developed that connects Siebel REST and SOAP interfaces to Azure services. We have automated a high number of complex test cases in older Siebel implementation. Siebel test automation has been a success factor when upgrading and moving older Siebel implementation with a lots of legacy functionalities to new infrastructure and versions.
What recent Siebel CRM customer success stories do you have to share?
We have integrated Siebel CRM Loyalty for Sweden’s leading train operator with a multitude of other systems to build one of the most valuable Loyalty programs in the region. By taking advantage of Siebels flexibility members can earn and burn points in many different channels and through loyalty partners. The Siebel CRM Loyalty program has increased the number of the trips and the revenue significantly for the customer.
What is your vision for Siebel CRM innovation and Digital Transformation?
We believe that Siebel CRM will continue to have a central role in the future of digital transformation. The ability to be hosted in the Cloud and capability to be connected to all sorts of systems and services will be key factor. We believe that Siebel has a key role to play as Customer Master and robust and stable platform for Loyalty programs in the forseeable future.
