Siebel CRM 2019 Release Highlights

Under the new Siebel CRM Continuous Release Model introduced during 2018, the team delivered 12 individual Release Updates during 2019. At the time of writing, we have now delivered over 20 monthly Release Updates for customers on the latest versions of Siebel CRM. It's also great to see this strategy being widely adopted by our customers, who are maintaining the current level of their Siebel CRM application in a much more agile manner than before.

Highlights include:

  • Early Adoption features - designed to allow customers to trial new features before being more widely distributed to our entire customer base.
  • Seamless Repository Delivery Framework - this feature is intended to provide for the delivery of new features into an existing customized deployment of Siebel CRM without requiring Incremental Repository Merge (IRM).
  • Developer Experience - new features added to Web Tools and Workspaces.
  • Siebel CRM on Docker - enabling Siebel CRM to be delivered as Docker containers orchestrated with Kubernetes, both on-premise or in the cloud.
  • OpenUI enhancements and Industry specific innovations.
