Details of the latest Siebel CRM 25.11 Release Update under the Continuous Delivery Model. This Update was GA on 18th November, 2025.
This Update contains the following new features and delivers lots of key bug fixes.
Siebel Marketing – Leveraging Analysis for Segmentation Replacement
Siebel Marketing is enabled to use the Analysis feature from Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) to perform campaign management and segmentation. The existing segmentation feature of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) is de-supported in future releases.

- In the new solution, customers can create analyses to retrieve segmented targets and specify the data columns needed for the Campaign Load and List Export. Siebel Marketing now offers equivalent Screens and Views for marketing segmentation functionality incorporating the latest analysis approaches.
- Oracle Analytics Server delivers fast responses, a user-friendly interface, and flexible export options. Analysis results can be saved, shared, and used with Siebel Marketing.
- The new solution will benefit both existing and new Siebel Marketing customers.

- Promotion Browsing by Product Category and Line: Agents and customers can browse promotions by product line and service category, making it simple to discover relevant offers independently.
- Add-On Recommendations: Suggestions for add-ons connected to a customer’s current assets or items in their cart, allowing users to easily expand or customize their services.
