What are your key Siebel CRM related offerings and services that are available?

We offer implementation, upgrades, and customization of Oracle Siebel CRM across our clientele and help them in building customer and partner facing applications. Some of our key related offerings include:

  • Dealer Management Systems (such as FORCE DMS developed by Cubastion for one of Asia’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers)
  • Field Service Management applications/systems (such as the application Cubastion developed for Voltas, creating one consolidated touchpoint for all stakeholders in the servicing process)
  • DevOps projects (CI/CD pipelines, data migrations and the like)
  • We have helped Global Telecom giants with their Customer Journey Lifecycle analysis, Solution Design, Operations technology setup, Data Processing, End-to-end DevOps and building their Sales and Service modules.
  • Cubastion also specializes in OpenUI – delivering customized user interfaces suited to our customers’ requirements
  • Developing Siebel applications for mobile and decontainerisation – helping our customers optimize system performance and improve efficiency by deploying Siebel applications on servers and VMs.

What are your key Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) offerings and services that relate to Siebel CRM?

We excel at all aspects of Cloud CRM and CX on an exciting array of cloud providers but are especially proud of our cloud based Siebel implementations. We design and build cloud environments for hosted and cloud native including the CI/CD, security, and monitoring. One current project with one of Asia’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers involves the migration of infrastructure, data and applications from an existing Cloud Tenant to another. The scope includes many of the company’s business processes, requiring a recreation of their existing landscape, and rehousing the tech stacks.

What other products or innovations have you created that complement Siebel CRM?

We provide managed services (AMS) and are proud to say that many of our clients have been with us for a decade or more from initial implementation to AMS through upgrades to migration to cloud. As AMS experts, we have also developed an in-house system monitoring application that can be integrated with Siebel CRM-based solutions for automated monitoring of the organization’s IT landscape.

Cubastion was twice nominated by Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, at Annual Supplier Meet 2021 for Innovation of the year 2019, and at Annual Supplier Meet 2023 for Innovation of the year 2022 for Cubastion’s innovations in Kubernetes, customizing OpenUI, in-app reporting and cloud migration.

Cubastion’s dedication to serving its clients and On-Time delivery contributed to our winning the Martequity Award ’23: Bronze for Best CRM Platform. What recent Siebel CRM customer success stories do you have to share?

Cubastion, renowned for its proficiency in Siebel CRM technology, has conceived, developed, and successfully implemented the FORCE 2.0 Siebel application for a leading Asian commercial Vehicle manufacturer and has since been providing AMS services. The Dealer Management System application, helped MFTBC transform and streamline its business processes. It was first implemented for the Automaker’s Sales Centers and is currently being extended to it’s Dealer Partners across Japan, necessitating customizations and integrations of various natures. The IT Head of this Automotive brand stated:

Another major project Cubastion implemented was for the leading consumer electronics brand in India owned by the TATA Group: building a digitalized and integrated field service application for a transparent, agile and empathetic service organization. The application helped connect Voltas, its field service agents, service centers and customers digitally, bringing down the service lead time from as much as 3 days to a single day.
