In 23.08, we introduced a significant advancement in EPMs prediction capabilities with the introduction of Events as a feature. Events are typically one-off or recurring events that historically led to spikes or declines in the data. Without events, spikes or falls in data are normalized and distributed over the prediction period, potentially leading to less accurate predictions. This session will cover definitions of calendars and events and show how they influence predictions as well as answer your questions.
