Data Exchange – Pipeline feature in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
Watch the Customer Connect recording presented by Chandra Bhojan and Abdul Sherif Mohammed. A copy of the presentation can be downloaded from this link, too.
This session will cover the Pipeline feature that is part of Cloud EPM’s Data Integration capabilities. Pipeline is a new feature that was added in the 23.06 version. The Pipeline functionality allows users to conduct a sequence of operations such as Load Data, Clear Data, Aggregation, Batches, Business Rules, and so on. This allows users to plan all of their jobs in one location and perform them in parallel or serial mode. Users will save a lot of time by running each job one after the other. Pipeline also assists in remotely running jobs from another instance via connections.
The session will cover the following topics:
- Overview
- Navigations
- Creating Pipeline – Stages & Jobs
- Running Pipeline
- Running Integrations
- Running Business Rules and Rulesets
- Running Batches
- Running Object Store Jobs
- Set Substitution Variables
- Import / Export Metadata
- Running Remote Jobs using Connections
