Attention: OCI Support – The Service Request (SR) Creation Process for ‘Account Provisioning, Billing, Termination and Abuse and Cloud Account Administration‘ has changed.

This announcement is intended for all the Cloud Customers who use My Oracle Support (MOS) to create service requests under the following entries:

  • Account Provisioning, Billing, Termination and Abuse
  • Cloud Account Administration

These entries are now centralized improving the problem type’s granularity under the Service called: “Oracle Cloud Infrastructure“.
